Benjamin has been practicing law for over ten years and spent the majority of my time as a Deputy District Attorney for Adams County. He was part the Vehicular Homicide Team and was responsible for both training and policy decisions pertaining to investigation of DUI/DWAI, vehicular assault, and vehicular homicide.
